Prohibited Entities: This contribution does not come from a corporation, trade union, or registered charity, as these entities are prohibited from contributing to municipal candidates in Ontario.

Contribution Limits: My total contributions to this candidate (including the value of any goods or services) do not exceed $1,200 for the 2026 election cycle.

Jurisdictional Limit: My total contributions to all candidates running for the same council or school board in this municipality do not exceed $5,000.

Public Disclosure: I understand that if my total contributions to this candidate exceed $100, my name and address will be recorded in the candidate’s financial statement, which is a public document.
